Watching Her Walk in HIS Way!

My wife is now walking in her calling to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ! It is exciting to see her letting the Holy Spirit use her to be a witness to the glory of GOD! My wife is about encouraging people and wanting our kids and the youth she leads to make good decisions and strive for excellence. I have compiled some of her recent posts that are both encouraging and inspiring.

August 15

“Seeing GOD’s Hand”

GOD is showing out! He’s been clearly ordering my steps, and early yesterday, HE made it clear again… and then He just kept confirming it!

Yesterday’s Scripture of the Day was Acts 20:35: “…remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Fast forward to yesterday afternoon. I pull up to Circle K and spot a guy with a Celsius truck. Something in me said, “Go ask!” So I walked right up and asked if he’d be willing to donate some drinks for a gift basket I’m making for nurses. He smiled, said yes, and handed them over! Get this, his name was Brian!

Then, just joking around, I asked my friend Cordelia, “Can I hold $50?” Next thing I know… ZELLE NOTIFICATION.

Two blessings in 10 minutes, one from a stranger, one from a friend, on top of all the ways GOD has already been guiding me. When you walk in HIS footsteps, you’ll see HIS hand in everything.

August 24

“Faithfulness”

Valecia sang a song during worship today that reminded me that I haven’t been perfect, but I’ve surely been faithful. Through it all, GOD has kept me, covered me, and reminded me that HE’s not looking for perfection, just faithfulness. HIS grace has carried me, and HIS mercy has never failed me.

August 28

“Development”

I’ve faced some battles I didn’t ask for, but I can see now they were shaping me. Through every trial, GOD has been molding me, strengthening me, and showing me that HIS plan is greater than my pain.

What the devil uses as destruction, GOD uses to develop!

September 8

“When HE shows up!”

HERE'S WHAT WE’RE NOT GONNA DO…

Wake up and do not tell GOD “thank YOU”.

Complain on a day the Lord has made.

Walk around with an attitude when HE’s been too good.

And if you thought this was gonna be a messy post…

You need to get your head into the Book

Don’t get it twisted…

This glow ain’t makeup...it’s GOD’s glory.

This peace didn’t come from people...it came from prayer

And this strength? Straight from Heaven

I thank GOD for continuously showing up!
